A colourful Vintage Suffragette ring from the 1920s set with beautiful 0.15ct cabochon cut Amethysts and Peridots in the centre with a Pearl dotted either side.
Suffragette jewellery was worn to show one’s allegiance to the women’s Suffragette movement in the early 20th century and popularly consisted of Purple, Green and White stones which symbolised: Purple for Loyalty, White for Purity and Green for Hope.
A fabulous piece of history fashioned in solid 15ct Yellow Gold. It is complete with Birmingham hallmarks inside the shank which date the ring to 1924.
